Keith Thornburg Joins Nexsen Pruet's Charleston Office

Charleston , SC — Nexsen Pruet announced today that Keith R. Thornburg, Jr. has joined the firm’s Charleston office, and will work as an associate in the banking and finance department.

Thornburg earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Previously, he served as law clerk with Nexsen Pruet in the banking and finance practice, assisting with loan agreements and researching related legal issues, such as deeds of trust and mortgages.  His background also includes work as a research assistant in an employment and labor law studies program in law school.
