Joan W. Hartley

Joan Hartley practices in the environmental and employment and labor groups.

Ms. Hartley earned her undergraduate degree in history, summa cum laude, from USC-Aiken. She worked in the waste management industry before attending the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she received her J.D., cum laude, in 2004.

In law school Ms. Hartley served as associate articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review. She was a Carolina Legal Scholar, a member of the Order of the Coif and a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe.
