Ralph W. Barbier

Ralph Barbier practices in the health care area, with a focus on medical staff credentialing issues, Certificate of Need, EMTALA, and compliance/fraud and abuse investigations.

Mr. Barbier received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was Research Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and a member of the John Belton O'Neill Inn of Court. Mr. Barbier also received a degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.
