Ric Tapp is a trial lawyer with a concentration in commercial litigation. He is a member of the Firm's business litigation practice group. His extensive experience includes, among others: complex litigation in the federal and state courts involving commercial disputes; admiralty disputes; the representation of corporations as to governance and internal issues; and the representation of clients in administrative matters such as coastal permitting disputes.

Mr. Tapp was the lead S.C. counsel for Landmark Land Company, Inc., in its precedent-setting $21.5 million verdict against the U.S. government arising from the savings and loan crisis.
