Bruce Wallace practices in the business and consumer litigation group.
Mr. Wallace focuses his practice on insurance bad faith and coverage, business litigation (including partnerships, limited liability companies, and closely held companies), real estate litigation, commercial litigation, mortgage foreclosures, and probate litigation (including trusts and estates).
He actively participates in the Defense Research Institute, where he currently chairs the D&O and E&O SLG of the Commercial Litigation Committee. Mr. Wallace recently served as a Regional Editor for the 50-State Compendium on Unfair Trade Practices published by the Defense Research Institute. He also serves as a delegate to the South Carolina Bar's House of Delegates.
Mr. Wallace is a native of Charleston, where he lives with his wife and four children. He volunteers with Crisis Ministries and is actively involved in the Cub Scouts and the Exchange Club of Charleston.
