William S. McMaster

Bill McMaster practices in the corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions areas.

Mr. McMaster is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University with a degree in accounting. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he was an honors graduate and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Mr. McMaster practiced securities law with the firm of Vinson & Elkins in Houston for four years before returning to the Columbia area.
